In Chef Michael Degeorgio’s 2nd Blog he talks about the regional Tasting Menu for the Easter season at Vetro. The featured region is the Lazio region, located in the heart of Italy.

In this 4 part video Chef Mike will talk about preparing various items on the menu which includes Lamb Osso Bucco, Veal Scallopine, Mussels and a  beautiful dessert.
