Chef Michael DeGeorgio recently sat for an interview with legendary radio host and restaurant critic, Joan Hamburg on WOR 710 AM. Joan Hamburg is known as “New York Radio’s First Lady” and often does celebrity and restaurant features. She has long been a fan of Chef Mike’s and welcomed him on the air for an in-studio appearance. Chef Mike cooked up a vast array of delights for the whole staff including hot anipasto with baked clams, stuffed peppers, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp oreganate and entrees of rack of lamb and chicken scarpiello.
